  4. Deed of Trust (to be notarized)
  5. Note Secured by Deed of Trust
  6. Preliminary Change of Ownership Report
  7. Confidential Information Statement for Title Insurance Company
  • Buyer to sign the above documents and mail back to the P&V Enterprises for County Recording and mail the original signed documents to the Buyer.
